Monarch Market is such a vibe! I love the way they've transformed this space into such a beautiful food hall. It's the perfect spot to catch up with friends over delicious food and drinks. The two bars are a great touch. I decided to checkout Seoul Good - the chick bap to be exact, and it was delicious. My friend ordered the chicken tender meal from. Just chicken, both delicious meals. I also grabbed an apesrol spritzer from the bar. The food was delicious and the staff was absolutely amazing! I had a fantastic time catching up with one of my good friends, but I was seriously bummed that music bingo wasn't happening last night. That's one of my favorite things to do! Other than that, it was a perfect evening.

This place is awesome! Probably the best place we ate while visiting North Carolina. We ordered Garlic Naan from Curry Gate, a lobster roll from Dock Local, a hot cheeto Kdog from Seoul Good, and a noodle bowl from Pha Khao. Everything was incredible! It was pretty packed in there, so we ordered from a screen near the restroom and were able to go pick things up when our names were called. It is so hard to pick the best, but the lobster roll was fantastic. This place is huge and SO cute and they have lists of events on their doors that all sound so much fun!

Great place to satisfy everyone in your party. Modern design with clean ambiance. Lots of great ethnic food options along with burgers, seafood, etc. Also has 3 bars with one being outside. Prices were reasonable and service is fast food style. Recommend Pha Khao for some great Southeast Asian Noodle soup to cool you off...seems counter intuitive, but the hot soup will make you feel cooler in the hot weather ;) Also, our picky teenager loved the ramen (corndog style) hot dog from Seoul Good. How about some mac and cheese dumplings? Check this place out!

I came to Monarch market to check out Foccacina but we ended up having a drink at the Monarch market bar while we were waiting and it was cool! We tried out the spicy margarita with tajin rim. I forgot the name of it. It is a bit pricey at $17 including tip, but it was definitely a well-balanced smoky, spicy drink. Overall, we were a bit surprised to find this food court to be open and what appears to be mostly corporate setting on a Sunday afternoon. But parking was fairly convenient, I won't comment on how much of a value it was because I haven't paid to leave yet, but given the downtown location, this was definitely a bit of a diamond in the rough, being open on a Sunday afternoon.

This is a great fool Hall that's really conveniently located in uptown. There are good options and they range in different international foods. So far I've tried the burger restaurant and Italian sandwich shop they both have been delicious and the service was good.

The food court had great selection and we bought foods from several vendors and they were all delicious. The downstairs were very limited in seats so felt a bit crowded. We ended up sitting outside near the bar. The drinks that we had were good not great but the vibes were energetic so a good place to hang out with friends.

I finally made it to Monarch Market. A cute little gem nestled in the heart of uptown charlotte. Decided to come here for lunch with my friend. I was a bit underwhelmed when we arrived inside as there weren't that many options. I'm not sure why I thought this place was larger and had more options. Non the less we made the best of it! It's tight, not very much seating. Luckily, it wasn't too bad when we arrived, but I can see it getting pretty packed pretty quickly. There are about 10 restaurants and two bars, one bar on the main level and one on the upper level. The one on the main level offers covered outdoor seating, which is really nice ( I didn't get to go to the one upstairs). The cleaning staff were really nice, which is more than I could say for restaurant staff, most were on their phones and I found myself having to wait to grab their attention. With the exception of "Dock Local" - The young lady who took my order was nice and offered recommendations. Although, I did witness the cook eating in the area where the food was being prepared, and that was so off putting, had I seen that before I ordered, I would have never chosen them. I'm glad I got to stop by and try this place out. A bit smaller than the other food halls with limited options, it would be nice if they had a dessert bar or ice cream place to take things to the next level. I would not go out of my way to come back here. However, if I'm ever in the area, I'd stop by again and try some new things!

My son and I checked out Barley and Burgers here at Monarch and we were pleasantly surprised!! The burgers were fresh and really good! My son enjoyed the garlic parm fries too! Service was prompt! We had our food in under 10 minutes :) I really like the setup of Monarch and all of the options! The space is nice too! It's nice to have it uptown for those who travel/work/play in the city!

Great addition to uptown and a void filler for EpiCenter. This place has a great selection of cuisines and plenty of communal seating. I can't wait to come back and sit in the open patio that looks out onto Tyron street. I tried the Japanese places Bulgogi bim bop (their name, not mine). The portion was tiny compared to what the owners used to serve when they were located at Latta Arcade. Next time I look forward to trying the Italian place and the sea food joints lobster rolls.
